The wine benefits from being aerated. The nose expresses notes of balsamic, wild red berries and, more slightly, black pepper. The mouth is juicy, tangy and offers certain gourmandise, energy, and minerality, marked especially in the middle of the mouth. It expresses notes of juicy/fresh cherry, racy minerality and, more slightly, acidulous plum associated with a touch of bay leaf, slight floral/balsamic hints as well as slight hints of nutmeg and toasted almond. A good job on the good bitters.
