The nose is mineral, racy and offers a certain tension. It expresses notes of blackberry, thyme and, more slightly, violet, combined with touches of blackberry as well as hints of wild berries and discreet hints of pepper and local garrigue. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, a mineral structure, acidity, energy and good definition. It expresses notes of tangy currants, juicy/fresh cherries and, more slightly, fresh flowers associated with touches of rosemary, fresh sage as well as an almost iodized hint and subtle hints of graphite and toast. The tannins are supple and tasty. The end of the mouth is iodized and marked by the local biotop.
