Il Cortiglio Bio 2021 – Irpinia Rosato DOP

The nose is fresh and offers some spiciness and a fine sense of place. It expresses notes of fresh raspberry, green quince and – small notes of racy minerality (almost saline) associated with touches of zest and juicy citrus. The mouth is fruity, frank and offers juiciness, a tangy frame, minerality, tension, a certain juiciness, a nice acidity, energy. It expresses notes of quince, tangerine and small notes of zest associated with touches of flowers, fresh vegetal as well as a subtle hint almost of small fresh red fruits in the background, minerality. A very discreet almost tannic hint in the structure, in particular – at the end of the palate.
