The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, a tangy structure, minerality, a certain tension, acidity, precision. It expresses notes of quenette, pulpy green peach and – msmall notes of crushed apple, associated with touches of lychee/quenette as well as hints of lime/yuzu and fine hints of zest, acacia/racy minerality.
