It expresses the notes of juicy mandarin, bright kumquat and small notes of elderflower, combined with touches of small local white flowers and a discreet racy mineral hint. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, energy, a nice definition, fattiness, roundness, precision, a tangy frame and purity. It expresses the notes of juicy/tangy peach, saline minerality and small notes of of kumquat, sweet mandarin associated with touches of passion fruit and a fine almost toasted hint. Nice juiciness, delicacy and elegance.
