A nice powerful, intense nose, with a nice depth, some delicate blackness and a nice intense, racy spiciness. It expresses the notes of black cherry, juniper berries and small notes of a sense of place / dry grove, combined with touches of wild purple plum, cherry blossoms, as well as delicate hints of cloves, star anise, almost a discreet hint of rosemary and fresh pepper. The mouth is fruity and offers brightness, purity, a certain pulpiness, aerial side in its power and in its density, nice definition, a nice velvety touche, roundness, and melodiousness. It expresses the notes of pulpy/bright black plum, violet and small notes of small pulpy/bright blackberries, associated with touches of juniper berries, black pepper, and camphor, as well as hints of a sense of place, discreet rosemary touch, with almost iodized/saline hints and a fine smoky hint in the background and an imperceptible hint of eucalyptus. The tannins are supple, elegant and precise. Some chewiness on the finish/persistence.
