The nose is elegant, fresh, beautifully airy, and delicate. It expresses the notes of delicate violet, pulpy cherry and more lightly – bright raspberry, combined with delicate smoky hints, sense of place (warm biotope), as well as fine hints of blond tobacco, a discreet sappy hint with an imperceptible touch of pepper. The palate is nicely mineral, fresh, elegant, delicate and offers a nice rich substance/concentration, discreetly creamy, but full of energy and minerality, sincerity and generosity, nice multi-layered profile, and a fine graphic note in the background. The palate expresses notes of fresh/pulpy raspberry, pulpy/juicy blackcurrant and small notes of cornflower, associated with touches of fresh red berries, a subtle almost roasted hint and fine hints of liquorice stick, as well as only to discreet saline hints, warm sap and a subtle hint almost smoky and chocolatey in the background. Beautiful delicacy and tension, the tannins are supple, sapid and creamy. A nice persistence, a certain density and a fine blackness.
