The nose has a nice grain and expresses notes of dry oak, blond tobacco and small notes of bright nectarine, associated with small touches almost of aromatic herbs, small fresh yellow fruits, crunchy mirabelle plum, as well as fine hints almost of fresh cloves and a hint of ripe pineapple. The palate is mineral and offers some freshness, tension and precision, a certain straightness, a good structure and a nice acidity. It expresses the notes of pulpy peach, sligthly toasted oak, dried nectarine and small notes of pulpy peach, small fresh yellow berries, associated with a touch of sense of place, fresh fennel, with a very discreet iodized hint in the background, dry pineapple as well as discreet hints of fresh yellow flowers. The mouth also gives a feeling of soft tannins. An evolved, gourmet white wine that offers fatness, richness, lovely juiciness, delicate roundness and fullness with a sublime hint of nutmeg in the background.
