Il Colle del Corsicano – Licosa 2022 – Cilento DOC Fiano

The nose is aromatic and offers a certain complexity and energy. It expresses notes of crunchy flat peach, dried apple and small notes ofvarietal notes, combined with touches of easy zest, juicy/ripe kumquat, as well as hints of lemon blossom and a very discreet saline touch. There are also fine notes of elderflower that appear. The mouth is nicely led, delicate, and offers a certain purity, a nice roundness and suavity, accompanied by a nice acidity/juiciness of the fruit and saline / iodized notes. It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy lemon, bright quenette, and small notes of acidulated vine peach, associated with touches of zest, pretty saline note, as well as hints of sense of place / warm sap and fine hints of tangy/bright exotic fruits, as well as a fine mineral hint. Good length and definition, and a nice sapid persistence.
