The nose is fruity and offers a small complexity as well as a fine richness. It reveals notes of pulpy cherry, crushed raspberry and small notes of violet, plum blossom associated with touches of roasted small fruits as well as a subtle hint of zan and a very discreet hint of caramelization. The palate is fruity and offers an acid structure, minerality, precision, a certain tension as well as accuracy. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cherry, violet and small notes of quite ripe purple plum associated with fine touches of chocolate, toast and sweet blond tobacco. Good length and good persistence.
