The wine has a deep golden color, with brick reflections. The nose is complex and expresses the pronounced tertiary notes of evolution. We find the aromas of dried apple, dried apricot, dried papaya, fresh walnut, wet leaves, black tea, honey, beeswax, sweet spices (clove, ground cumin) and dried flowers (dried rose petals, dried field flowers) combined with notes of fresh fruit (very ripe yellow peach, melon). On the palate, the wine is very rich, with a dense and oily texture. It expresses notes of very sweet dried fruits (dried apricot, dried pineapple, dried papaya, dried apple), exotic fruits (very ripe papaya), roasted apple, poached pear, as well as spicy notes (star anise, cloves, nutmeg, a hint of sweet vanilla), honey, dried flowers and herbs (dried field flowers, black tea) and wet leaves. The finish is very concentrated, dense, expressing the sweet notes of candied exotic fruits, with a supple acidity, which slightly refreshes the richness of the wine.
