The wine has a pale lemon-yellow color. The nose is fragrant, floral and fruity. It expresses notes of apple blossom, acacia, a touch of orange blossom in the background, as well as notes of citrus (fresh orange, lemon) and citrus jam (of orange and grapefruit). On the palate, the wine offers sweetness and sweetness balanced by high acidity and the tangy notes of candied lemon and lime peel, orange juice and green plum jam. The finish is moderately persistent, but fresh and slightly herbaceous (a touch of rosemary in syrup) and acacia honey and a slight bitterness on the finish. A pleasant and balanced wine.
