The wine has a lemon yellow color of medium intensity, with golden reflections. The nose is subtle and complex. It expresses notes of candied yellow lemon, orange jam, fresh quince, yellow peach, fresh Meyer lemon, fresh golden apple, as well as white flowers (acacia, dried lime blossom), fine yeasty notes (fresh yeast, toasted bread), minerality (dry stone) and a very subtle touch of petroleum in the background. On the palate, the wine is lively and chiselled. It expresses notes of fresh citrus and citrus zest (Meyer lemon, lime zest, orange zest), tangy fresh quince, as well as candied citrus peel, fresh pineapple, apple roasted green and slightly sweet floral notes (apple blossom, acacia, fresh lime blossom), associated with fine spicy notes (ground ginger, clove, a very delicate touch of vanilla) and lightly toasted and caramelised notes. The wine is enveloping, ample and refined at the same time. The finish is long, with fresh acidity and notes of sweet spices (cloves, cumin) on the finish. Beautiful structure and a balance between body and acidity.
