The wine has a pale lemon-yellow color with green reflections. The nose expresses freshness, tangy lemony notes (fresh lime, lemon, lime zest), crushed green apple, as well as a touch of cut grass and apple blossoms. On the palate, the wine is lively, chiseled, with high and salivating acidity. It expresses pronounced citrus notes – lime, lemon, green apple, a herbaceous and vegetal touch (freshly cut grass, boxwood), as well as a hint of minerality and salinity in the background. On the mid-palate, the wine offers more roundness and notes of crunchy stone fruit. The finish is quite persistent, very tangy, and slightly bitter in the background. A precise and straightforward wine.
