The wine has a pale lemon-yellow color. The nose is fragrant, floral and offers a subtle minerality. It expresses notes of lemon blossom, wild rose, green apple, lime, lemon, grapefruit zest, a touch of Reine Claude plum and white peach, combined with a mineral note of dry stone, as well as a hint of acacia honey in the background. On the palate, the wine is tangy, lively and expresses citrus notes with a slight bitterness on the attack. We find the flavors of lime, grapefruit juice, lemon, green apple, Reine Claude plum, fresh quince, as well as apple blossom, acacia and a fine minerality (dry stone, a little graphite side) at the bottom. The finish is moderately persistent, and expresses salivating acidity and freshness, thanks to chiselled citrus flavors and a slight bitterness on the finish. A wine with lightness and fluidity, but fresh and fragrant.
