The nose is a little reserved, but offers precision and freshness. It expresses notes of fresh lime, lemon, crunchy fresh pineapple, as well as sweet notes of candied lemon zest, acacia flowers and minerality (dry stone) in the background. On the palate, the wine offers freshness and a good bitterness of grapefruit and lime zest. We also find notes of lemon zest, ripe lemon, acacia, a touch of white peach, fresh herbs, crunchy pineapple and a fine minerality (dry stone). The acidity is lively and fresh, the finish is persistent, with a delicate bitterness. A fresh and dynamic wine.
