The nose offers complexity and concentration. It expresses notes of fresh lemon zest, fresh apricot, lime, and candied lemon zest, as well as minerality (a touch of flint and hydrocarbons) and salinity. On the palate, the wine is chiseled and tangy, with energy and good structure. It expresses the tangy notes of freshly grated lemon zest, grapefruit peel, grapefruit juice, and lemon, as well as the roundness of white peach and crunchy apricot, fresh quince and a mineral touch. The finish is persistent, with lively acidity, a good bitterness of lime peel and a fine saline touch.
