(tank sample) The nose is fresh and citrusy, but a bit reserved. It expresses notes of lemon zest, lemon juice, and fresh pineapple, as well as fine touches of minerality (chalk, wet stone) and acacia flower. On the palate, the wine is chiseled and straight. On the attack, it expresses notes of crunchy tangy apricot, white peach, in the middle of the mouth, there are touches of fresh pineapple and on the finish – tangy notes of lime, lime zest and lemon as well as the bitterness of grapefruit. The acidity is very lively and salivating. Good length on the bitterness. A wine with freshness and energy.
