It expresses notes of forest fruits, raspberry coulis, peony and red apple with a very light touch of white pepper in the background. On the palate, the wine offers roundness and a nice fruitiness. It expresses notes of crushed raspberry, wild strawberry, crushed red apple and peony, with a very light spicy touch (white pepper) which appears on the finish. Nice acidity, a certain concentration and gourmandise. The finish is rather persistent, finely spiced.
