The wine has a lemon-yellow color of medium intensity. The nose is fragrant and complex. It expresses notes of brioche and milk (fresh butter), combined with notes of fresh stone fruits (yellow nectarine, apricot), citrus fruits (yellow lemon, lemon zest, candied lemon peel), white flowers (acacia, apple blossom, and more lightly — orange blossom), as well as a touch of flower honey, wax, limestone and a fine hint of white pepper and peppermint in the background. On the palate, the wine offers roundness and complexity, balanced by a nice freshness and lightness (in a good sens). It expresses notes of stone fruit (yellow peach, apricot), fresh lemon, candied lemon, lemon zest, fresh pineapple, as well as white flowers (field flowers, apple blossom), a delicate peppery and mineral touch. Nice freshness and good length in the mouth, with a lively acidity, accompanied by a honeyed note and a subtle bitterness.
