The wine has a pale lemon-yellow color. The nose is a little discreet at first, but opens up after aeration. It expresses notes of fresh citrus fruits (yellow lemon, lemon zest, grapefruit zest), stone fruit (yellow peach, yellow plum), fresh pineapple, candied lemon zest, as well as delicate touches of vanilla, toasted hazelnut, toasted almond (in the background) and flowers (field flowers, honeysuckle), associated with a mineral hint of limestone and a sweet touch of honey (in the background). On the palate, the wine offers concentration, a beautiful structure and a certain complexity. It expresses notes of yellow peach, apricot, lemon, lemon zest, grapefruit, as well as floral notes (apple blossom, wildflowers) and limestone. Nice acidity, supple, but fresh, good persistence, with a hint of honey and a delicate bitterness on the finish.
