The wine has a lemon-yellow color of medium intensity. The nose is aromatic, fruity, and slightly oaky. It expresses notes of fresh lemon, lemon zest, fresh pineapple, yellow peach, apricot, a touch of toasted wood, vanilla and nutmeg, as well as refined floral notes (lily, acacia) and a milky hint of fresh butter and yogurt. On the palate, the wine offers complexity and a creamy, yet elegant texture. It expresses notes of fresh citrus fruits (yellow lemon, orange zest), stone fruits (yellow peach, apricot), white flowers (acacia, apple blossom), as well as fine notes of sweet spices (vanilla, nutmeg), toast, fresh brioche, fresh butter and honey in the background. The finish is long, unctuous, balanced by refreshing acidity and a delicate bitter note of chestnut honey. Nice complexity, freshness and good balance.
