The wine has a pale lemon color. The nose is aromatic, ripe and offers purity and a juicy fruity bouquet. It expresses notes of yellow peach, apricot, fresh pineapple, green apple, green pear, lemon zest, grapefruit, as well as white flowers (acacia, apple blossom, honeysuckle) and a delicate chalky minerality in the background. On the palate, the wine offers smoothness and roundness on the attack and a nice freshness in the middle of the palate. It expresses notes of juicy stone fruits (yellow peach, juicy apricot), ripe pineapple, delicate notes of melon and passion fruit, as well as a touch of green apple, white flowers (acacia, honeysuckle), candied lemon, a subtle chalky hint and a very delicate lactic touch (yogurt, butter). Good length and persistence on the palate with a pleasant grapefruit bitterness and good acidity.
