The wine has a lemon yellow color, with very light golden reflections. The nose offers freshness and a tangy side: it expresses notes of lemon, grapefruit zest, fresh pineapple, yellow peach, crunchy mango, fresh yellow apple, acacia, apple blossom as well as subtle spicy notes (vanilla, nutmeg), toasted bread and cut grass. On the palate, the wine is lively and chiselled. It expresses the expressive notes of citrus fruits (yellow lemon, lemon zest, lime), crisp white peach, green apple, fresh pineapple, acacia, as well as notes of cut grass and a very light vanilla and mineral touch (chalky). Beautiful energy and liveliness in the mouth thanks to lively acidity. Good persistence on the freshness and the chiselled citrus notes. A refreshing and dynamic wine.
