The wine has a pale lemon-yellow color. The nose is aromatic, fresh and offers bright fruit notes: fresh lemon, lemon zest, fresh pineapple, yellow peach, ripe apricot and crushed green apple. There are also floral touches (apple blossom, hawthorn), slightly spicy (vanilla, clove in the background), a hint of torrefaction (toasted bread) and milky notes (fresh butter, lemon yogurt). On the palate, the wine is expressive and complex. It offers more pronounced woody and spicy notes than on the palate (toasted hazelnut, toasted bread, vanilla), a touch of honey and beeswax, combined with notes of white flowers (acacia, honeysuckle, apple blossoms), stone fruits and ripe citrus (yellow lemon, apricot, white peach, orange zest) and a touch of green apple. The finish is persistent, slightly bitter, with good acidity. Beautiful freshness and good balance.
