The wine has a pale lemon-yellow color. The nose offers a delicate sweetness, fruit and a subtle spicy side. It expresses notes of fresh pineapple, blood orange, fresh lemon, lemon zest, crunchy apricot, combined with toasted (toasted wood, toasted hazelnut), spicy (vanilla, very delicate touch cinnamon) and floral (fresh wildflowers, apple blossom, lime blossom) with a hint of honey in the background. On the palate, the wine offers complexity and depth. On the attack, it expresses woody and spicy notes (toasted wood, vanilla, clove), as well as a touch of flower honey and wildflowers. In the mid-palate, there is liveliness and a tanginess of ripe citrus fruits (yellow lemon, lime, a touch of grapefruit) and green apple, associated with juicy notes of white peach, apricot and fresh pineapple. The finish is persistent, unctuous and complex, with fresh citrus notes and tasty spicy touches, combined with a nice acidity. Good aging potential.
