The wine has a pale lemon-yellow color. The nose is aromatic, fruity, ripe and slightly oaky. It expresses notes of fresh lemon, crushed green apple, lemon cream, candied lemon peel, yellow peach, crunchy apricot, as well as sweet milky notes (fresh butter, a very fine touch of pastry cream), wildflowers, subtle toasted (toasted hazelnut, toasted bread) and spicy (dried vanilla, nutmeg) touches and a delicate minerality (wet stone) in the background. On the palate, the wine is lively, chiseled and savoury. It expresses notes of fresh lemon, lemon zest, white peach and tangy apricot, green apple, wildflowers, acacia, as well as subtle toasted touches (toasted bread, toasted wood), spicy (vanilla, nutmeg) and mineral (wet stone) notes. The acidity is fresh and lively. Nice length, on notes of fresh citrus, a subtle bitterness, as well as toasted and honeyed notes in the background.
