The wine has a lemon-yellow color of medium intensity. The nose is fragrant and delicately oaky. It expresses notes of fresh vanilla, toasted hazelnut, toasted brioche, fresh butter, lemon cream, combined with notes of ripe stone fruit (yellow peach, apricot, yellow plum), fresh lemon, candied lemon, orange zest, as well as a hint of bitterness (grapefruit) and delicate floral (orange blossom, acacia) and honeyed (chestnut honey) touches. On the palate, the wine is expressive and tasty. It offers notes of stone fruits and ripe citrus fruits (yellow lemon, lemon zest, apricot, yellow peach), honey, white flowers (orange blossom, apple blossom, acacia), a touch of toated brioche toasted, butter and lemon cream, combined with a hint of vanilla and a delicate bitterness in the background. Good length, freshness, good acidity and the bitterness of candied lime on the finish. A refined and complex wine.
