The wine has a lemon color of medium intensity with golden reflections. The nose is reserved at first, but expresses itself after aeration. It reveals notes of lemon, lime, lemon peel, fresh grapefruit, fresh pineapple, yellow peach, apricot, as well as aromatic herbs (fresh thyme, a fine touch of peppermint) and white flowers (apple blossom, apricot blossom). On the palate, the attack is round, but lively, with notes of fresh stone fruit (fresh apricot, white peach) and candied citrus fruits (candied lemon peel). In the mid-palate, we find notes of ripe pineapple, lemon zest, a very fine touch of vanilla and toast, as well as notes of white flowers (apple blossom, acacia) and milky touches (lemon yogurt). Nice length, on the roundness of ripe stone fruits, a refreshing citrus acidity and a good bitterness of grapefruit. Good balance and complexity.
