The wine has a pale lemon color. The nose is aromatic and complex. It expresses notes of stone fruits and ripe citrus fruits (yellow peach, apricot, yellow plum, lemon, grapefruit) associated with notes of white flowers (apple blossom, honeysuckle), fresh herbs (mint) and delicate spices (vanilla) and toasted (toasted hazelnut in the background) touches. On the palate, the wine is expressive, aromatic and fresh. It reveals notes of ripe stone fruits (apricot, white peach), citrus fruits (yellow lemon, fresh lime and candied lime peel, fresh grapefruit), a subtle herbaceous touch (cut mint) and floral touch (flowers of apple tree, acacia). The finish is persistent, precise and acidulous: there are citrus notes and a slight refreshing bitterness. Beautiful balance between the ripe fruit and the salivating acidity, a nice energy and an incisive acidulous frame.
