The wine has a pale lemon color. The nose is aromatic, herbaceous and floral. It offers notes of roasted aromatic herbs (thyme, rosemary), wildflowers, lemon blossom, acacia, combined with notes of lemon zest, grapefruit, candied lime, fresh pineapple as well as a fine spicy (clove) and toasted touch. On the palate, the wine is chiseled and lively. It expresses notes of fresh citrus fruits (lime, lemon zest, grapefruit), white flowers (acacia, lemon blossom) as well as fine herbaceous touches of mint, fresh thyme and cloves (in the background). The acidity is lively and salivating. The finish is persistent, fresh, with a delicate bitterness.
