It reveals notes of bright vine peach, ripe lime and small notes of crunchy green apple associated with slight touches of pink grapefruit, exotic fruits as well as fine hints of racy minerality and a discreet hint of verbena. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, an acid structure, minerality, a beautiful definition, gourmandize as well as a nice elegant and aerial fat. Delicate and supple construction. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy vine peach, crunchy pear and small notes of juicy/pulpy mandarin associated with touches of lemon as well as hints of exotic fruits, racy minerality, butter and toasted. A certain generosity and fat associated with an aerial side…all in elegance. Beautiful persistence.
