The wine has a pale lemon-yellow color. The nose is ripe and fruity, with a subtle mineral hint. It expresses notes of ripe yellow lemon, candied lemon peel, fresh green apple and yellow apple, orange zest, apricot, yellow peach, a touch of orange blossom, apple blossom and a delicate note of green mango in the background. After aeration, we also find mineral and herbaceous notes (fresh grass, tomato leaf). In the mouth, there is concentration, roundness, juiciness and a nice freshness. The wine offers notes of fresh lemon, candied lemon peel, grapefruit juice, lime zest, a touch of clementine, a hint of salinity as well as a fine floral note (apple blossom), spiciness (a touch of vanilla) and a hint of honey. The finish is lingering, saline and chiselled, with notes of citrus peel and lively acidity.
