The wine has a pale lemon-yellow color. The nose offers precision, a fine fruitiness, minerality and delicate yeasty notes. It expresses aromas of ripe citrus fruits (Menton lemon, citron, lemon zest), candied lemon, juicy stone fruits (apricot, yellow peach), a mineral touch (clay and more slightly – dry limestone and salinity), a hint of herbs and dried flowers (hay, wildflowers), as well as delicate notes of fresh yeast and a very fine hint of toqst. On the palate, the wine offers substance and at the same time – lightness and expressive acidity. It offers flavors of lemon zest, lemon juice, lime, green apple, tart apricot and white nectarine, combined with subtle notes of yeast and fresh bread (in the background), as well only with a saline touch at the end of the mouth. The finish is chiseled, with salivating acidity, expressive citrus notes and a subtle hint of saltiness. A wine with great energy and complexity.
