The wine has a lemon-yellow color of medium intensity. The nose offers a delicate mineral structure, a slightly sweet floral touch, as well as stone fruit and ripe citrus. It expresses notes of lemon, freshly grated lemon zest, candied lemon peel, a touch of grapefruit, green apple, acacia, apple blossom, a very fine note of fresh hazelnut and a saline touch in the background. On the palate, the wine is tasty, juicy and slightly spicy, with a chiseled and lively finish and lots of freshness. It expresses notes of fresh lemon, candied lime, green apple (more slightly – green Williams pear), with a salty mineral touch, a spicy hint (nutmeg) and a touch of stone fruit (apricot, white peach). The finish offers roundness, freshness, a certain complexity and good persistence, accompanied by a salivating acidity and a slight salinity.
