The wine has a pale lemon color. The nose is fragrant, floral and lemony. It expresses notes of lemon zest, lime, apple blossom, lime blossom, as well as a touch of fresh pineapple, tangy apricot and kiwi. On the palate, the wine is chiselled, with freshness and lightness (in a good way). It expresses notes of lime with a hint of bitterness, lime zest, lemon juice, white peach, fresh pineapple, apple blossom and a mineral touch and lively acidity. The finish offers freshness, lemony and slightly herbaceous notes, as well as a certain persistence.
