(Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Viogner) The wine has a lemon-yellow color of medium intensity. The nose is subtle, fragrant, finely woody. It expresses notes of fresh oak, fresh hazelnut, a touch of vanilla and nutmeg, combined with a hint of beeswax, acacia honey, dried field flowers, fresh lime blossom, acacia, as well as notes of fresh fruit. We find aromas of crushed green apple, white peach, fresh apricot, fresh pineapple, ripe lemon and lemon zest. On the palate, the wine is savoury and fresh. It expresses notes of crunchy stone fruits (white peach, flat peach, fresh apricot), fresh pineapple, ripe lemon, as well as subtle notes of fresh field flowers, lime blossom, acacia and apple blossom, combined with delicate and integrated woody touches (light oak, lightly toasted hazelnut, fresh almond, a hint of vanilla and nutmeg). The finish is persistent, tangy and fresh. Good acidity and a very delicate honeyed bitterness on the finish.
