The wine has a pale lemon-yellow color. The nose is refined and complex, but delicate. It expresses the sweet notes of flower honey, light and very subtle vanilla and spicy touch (nutmeg, clove), associated with fruity notes of ripe lemon, dried lemon peel, white peach, apricot and grapefruit. There is also a slight salinity and minerality (reminiscent of gravel and limestone rock), notes of fresh (acacia, apple blossom) and dried (chamomile, lime blossom) flowers in the base, as well as a delicate note of beeswax. On the palate, the wine is concentrated, savoury and expressive, with an unctuous texture, but balanced by a lively acidity. It expresses the flavors of ripe citrus fruits (yellow lemon, grapefruit, a touch of orange peel), fresh white flowers (acacia, apple blossom), dried chamomile, as well as integrated notes of honey, beeswax and hay. The finish is persistent and offers a fine spiciness (a touch of vanilla and clove), as well as very delicate tertiary notes (forest flor, wax), accompanied by a pleasant bitterness. A well-structured wine, quite fleshy, but fresh, with a nice complexity.
