The wine has a pale lemon color. The nose offers freshness, a mineral frame, as well as a slight sweetness side of stone fruits. It expresses the chalky and slightly smoky notes of gunflint, combined with tangy citrus notes (lemon juice, lemon zest, lime zest), as well as touches of white peach, plum yellow and crunchy apricot. We also find floral and herbaceous aromas in the background (apple blossom, verbena). On the palate, the wine is lively, chiseled, but offers a supple and juicy attack. It expresses notes of ripe citrus (yellow lemon, grapefruit), citrus jam, crisp white peach, tangy apricot, as well as a touch of apple blossom, cut grass and a delicate minerality (a smoky note of gunflint, and slightly chalky) in the background. The finish is tangy, refreshing and slightly bitter, quite persistent.
