The wine has a pale lemon-yellow color. The nose is a little reserved and requires aeration. It expresses notes of citrus (lemon zest, lemon juice, grapefruit), cut grass, green apple, stone fruit (white peach, white nectarine), candied lemon peel, white flowers (acacia) and a mineral touch (limestone). On the palate, the wine is fragrant and offers concentration, roundness, and ripe fruits, even a bit sweet. It expresses notes of lemon, crushed green apple, white peach, crunchy apricot, candied lemon peel, as well as floral (acacia, apple blossom) and mineral (a delicate salinity) notes. The acidity is lively and salivating. The finish is persistent, juicy and slightly bitter. A balanced wine, with freshness and a certain richness.
