The wine has a pale lemon color with green reflections. The nose is fragrant and juicy. It expresses notes of ripe stone fruit (yellow peach, apricot), ripe citrus (yellow lemon, a touch of grapefruit and orange), fresh flowers (apple blossom, acacia, field flowers), as well as only citrus jam and a slight minerality in the background (dry stone, a touch of limestone). On the palate, the wine offers a lively tangy frame and a fine salinity on the attack. In the mid-palate, there are ripe fruits (yellow lemon, grapefruit, orange zest, green apple, white peach), flowers (field flowers, lime blossom) as well as a hint of acacia honey and hay at the end of the mouth. The finish is quite persistent, chiseled – we find notes of fresh citrus fruits and a salivating acidity. A straightforward and fresh wine.
