The wine has a pale lemon color with green reflections. The nose is delicate, tangy and offers a precise and fragrant mineral framework. It expresses notes of dry stone with a touch of limestone and smoky flint, lime zest, lemon, orange (in the background), ripe apricot, white peach, as well as a very subtle touch of orange blossom and acacia. On the palate, the wine expresses tangy notes of lime, yellow lemon, green apple, white peach, a herbaceous (cut grass), floral (apple blossom, acacia) touch and a delicate minerality (a hint of limestone and smoke). The finish is moderately long, on a lively and salivating acidity.
