The wine has a pale color with melon reflections. The nose is fresh with a little creaminess. There are notes of vine peach, apricot and pear. The palate is fresh with a very persistent acid frame. There are notes of yellow peach and crushed raspberry. We perceive green apple and lemon juice. The acidity is very present as if you were biting into redcurrant.
