The wine has a pale, limpid and shiny color with light apricot reflections. The nose is aromatic, fresh and fruity with a touch of minerality or even smoke. There are notes of apricot, yellow peach and mango. We perceive touches of apricot blossom and orange blossom. The palate is fresh and fruity with a refreshing tartness. The aroma is discreet with notes of watermelon, yellow peach and apricot or even pineapple juice. The tangy aspect blends in the finish with salinity.
