The wine has a limpid and shiny pale apricot colour. The nose is fresh and fruity with delicacy. There are notes of juicy vine peach, pear and pine sap. We also perceive a racy or even smoky minerality, of fresh mint and small morello cherry. The palate is fresh and fruity with a tangy frame. There are notes of crunchy red berries as well as juicy vine peach. The whole is more discreet than the nose. There is always freshness that continues in the finish with hints of ripe lemon juice and Morello cherries.
