La Tourraque – L’intrigue 2021 – AOP Côtes de Provence

The wine has a beautiful limpid and shiny orange color. The nose is intense and fruity with a beautiful aromatic definition. There are notes of leather, pepper and other spices such as saffron, cinnamon and paprika. There are hints of smoke, candied orange as well as dried apricot and currant. The wine is powerful, aromatic with tertiary and woody notes. On the palate, the tasting is about power and intensity. We have freshness and a tangy frame. There are notes of smoke, toast, rosewood and umbrella pine, even resin. We perceive fruits such as bitter orange, dried apricot and candied melon. We have small crunchy red fruits that bring acidity and freshness, a hold. Atypical, pretty.
