The wine has a pale robe that tends toward rose gold. The nose is fresh and discreet. There are notes of apricot and juicy peach as well as wild strawberry. It’s also creamy. The palate is slightly sweet on the attack with freshness and minerality. There are notes of crunchy red berries, tangy citrus like kumquat as well as touches of apricot blossom. The whole has a hint of minerality and the tangy frame continues in the finish on small crunchy red fruits such as strawberries.
