The wine has a pretty pale and shiny melon color. The nose is fresh, creamy and fruity. There are notes of apricot and juicy yellow peach as well as orange blossom. We perceive a little grapefruit as well as white pepper. It’s slightly mineral, smoky and we have hints of garrigue. On the palate, the wine is fresh and fruity with an acid frame. There are notes of yellow peach, apricot and nectarine. We perceive fine touches of blood orange. The acidity continues on the finish with salivation and a hint of iodine.
