This rosé has a light and clear apricot color. The nose is mineral, fruity and discreet. There are citrus notes such as bitter orange, juicy yellow peach and white smoke. The nose needs to open. We perceive small crunchy red fruits as well as hints of candied melon. The mouth is fresh with a mineral frame. There is freshness, lightness and delicacy. There are notes of juicy strawberry, juicy red apple and vine peach. We perceive citrus fruits such as ripe lemon and olive branch. The finish is fine, long, delicate. It is a well-made wine on lace.
