Pale color with a light apricot tint, shiny and limpid. The nose is fresh and fruity. There are citrus notes such as lemon zest, grapefruit and mandarin leaf. We also perceive a nice freshness coming from a certain minerality and small crunchy red fruits. The palate is fresh with an airy acid frame. The wine is fruity with a pleasant oily texture. There are notes of crunchy red fruits like gooseberry as well as citrus with touches of grapefruit, lemon zest and candied melon on the finish. The whole is invigorating, salivating, refreshing.
